Grant Barker

Grant Barker is a Senior Vice President in Raines International’s Industrial Practice where he focuses on Energy & Infrastructure executive search, including Data Center & Digital Infrastructure, Power Networks & Utilities, and Construction & Building Products. Based in Chicago, he brings a disciplined and holistic approach to executive search, delivering results with quality and efficiency. His experience working in two of the world’s largest executive search and advisory firms, then spending time in strategy consulting after earning an MBA, enables him to bring a broad and discerning perspective.

Prior to Raines, Grant was a Senior Strategy Consultant at Accenture Strategy in its Industrials, Automotive, and Aerospace & Defense practice, advising several Fortune 250 clients on technology strategy, enterprise operating model, digital transformation, and agentic AI enablement. He started his career in executive search and leadership advisory, first at Egon Zehnder within the Supply Chain & Operations practice, and then at Korn Ferry, where he served in the Aerospace & Defense practice, helping to start and build the firm’s Space business.
