Prior to Raines, Isabel worked for Arrow Search Partners, where she focused primarily on the technology recruitment across industries. She has experience filling highly technical positions for clients in a plethora of sectors including Series A and B Start ups and Top 5 Hedge funds. Isabel cares deeply about the quality of her professional relationships and is inspired by the ever-changing needs of technology.
