Jenny Colon

Jenny is a Search Coordinator at Raines supporting the Industrial and Consumer Practices. She leverages her executive search expertise and project lifecycle management skills to provide exceptional support and guidance on key-level accounts and assignments. Jenny enjoys bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving environments and creating a positive experience for clients, candidates, and colleagues.

Jenny has more than ten years of experience in project management and executive search, working closely with partners and consultants to support complex searches from start to finish. Prior to Raines, Jennifer was a Senior Project Manager at Acertitude and a Senior Project Coordinator at Korn Ferry. Before working in executive search, she worked at the University of Miami. She volunteers with Soldiers’ Angels, a nonprofit supporting veterans and deployed service members.
