About Jessica

Jessica Sun is Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives and Client Delivery Excellence. Based in New York, Jessica plays a critical leadership role within the organization to spearhead Raines’ transformation, optimization, and continued growth. Working closely with the company’s Senior Leadership Team, she focuses on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across the business. Jessica also supports select client assignments across the Consumer Practice.

Jessica brings a wide range of regional and international experiences to the executive search industry. She has lived, worked, and studied in Rabat, Morocco, and Dubai and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and possesses extensive knowledge of the Middle East & North Africa. In addition to her native English, she speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic and is conversational in Korean.

Industry & Consulting Experience

Jessica first joined Raines in 2014. Prior to her current role, she was a Managing Director in Raines’ Consumer and Operational Excellence Practices. Working closely with CEOs, CHROs, and their boards, Jessica has identified and placed leaders in all C-suite roles with a particular focus on Chief Operating Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Supply Chain Officers, and Heads of Pricing and Strategy for Fortune 200 companies and middle-market portfolio companies.

Jessica is the inaugural winner of the Raines Difference Maker award. The Difference Maker Award honors a Raines team member who goes above and beyond to exemplify Raines’ Mission, Vision, and Principles and makes a true difference for their clients, candidates, and colleagues.
