Based in New York, Rob McCullam is Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition for Raines, where he leads the internal Talent Acquisition function to ensure the firm continues to attract and hire the best talent in the market.

Rob has helped reshape the talent acquisition function for companies in growth and transformation environments. With a strong business acumen, Rob closely follows market trends and strives to be a connector of great talent.

Rob has two decades of experience in Talent Acquisition, primarily centered in the Retail and Consumer Goods industries. Prior to Raines, Rob was Senior Director of Executive Talent and Talent Acquisition Operations for Bed Bath & Beyond. His career has spanned across Executive Search, hiring for Corporate functions, and Talent Acquisition Operations, including branding, technology, mobility, process improvement, and reporting.

Grounded in creating and developing long-lasting relationships for future talent needs, Rob is extremely focused on the candidate and hiring manager experience. He prioritizes the internal team, company leaders, and peer group within an organization to get results and navigate the ever-changing landscape of talent needs.
