Nathan Bischof

Nathan is a Consultant in Raines’ Industrial Practice where he supports executive search assignments across the broader Industrial sector. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, he joined Raines because of the opportunity for personal growth and the organization’s focus on developing its team and promoting from within.

Prior to Raines, Nathan worked for Acertitude where he was a Senior Associate in the Private Equity and Industrials practices. There, he worked primarily with Private Equity clients placing C-suite and senior operational leaders into industrial portfolio companies. His focus has been helping sponsors execute on value-creation plans by getting the right talent in place to drive operational improvements and growth.
