Rishi Loungani

Based in Miami, Rishi is a Senior Vice President in Raines International’s Industrial Practice where he focuses on Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense. Rishi plays a critical role in partnering with clients on executive search and broader human capital needs across all functions. Rishi leverages a highly impactful and methodical process across all mandates enabling him to serve as a trusted advisor to his clients.

Prior to joining Raines, Rishi worked for Korn Ferry, where he served clients in the Industrial business, specifically within the Civil Aviation Practice. During his five years at Korn Ferry, Rishi led and supported the placement of approximately 150 executives across all functions in both Fortune 500 and Private Equity-backed organizations. Prior to Korn Ferry, Rishi worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Management Consultant within Strategy & Operations, which provides him with a unique and comprehensive perspective on advising his clients.
