Rishi Loungani

Rishi is a Managing Director in Raines International’s Industrial Practice where he focuses on Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense. He partners closely with clients on executive search and broader human capital strategy across functions, serving as a trusted advisor on critical leadership needs.Rishi brings a disciplined and highly effective approach to each engagement, delivering consistent, high-impact outcomes.Over the course of his career, he has led and supported the placement of approximately 200 executives across Fortune 500 and private equity-backed organizations.

Prior to Raines, Rishi worked for Korn Ferry for five years, where he served clients in the Industrial business, specifically within the Civil Aviation Practice. Prior to Korn Ferry, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Management Consultant within Strategy & Operations. Rishi has an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and is a graduate of the University of Central Florida.
