Taylor Wrubel

Taylor Wrubel is a Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Raines International. Based in New York, she leads the firm’s Research, Search Coordination, Technology, and Data Intelligence functions, overseeing the operational infrastructure that enables the execution of executive search. She partners closely with senior leadership to drive internal strategy and plays a central role in aligning the firm’s resources, processes, and systems to support growth.

In addition to leading these core functions, Taylor oversees operating costs, IT, vendor management, and go-to-market support and materials. She is known for her structured, detail-oriented approach and for building high-performing teams that bring consistency, rigor, and efficiency to the firm’s execution.

Taylor joined Raines after nearly five years at Guidepoint, where she worked across New York and Los Angeles supporting hedge funds and consulting firms on complex, time-sensitive engagements. Managing high volumes of specialized client needs across industries, she developed a disciplined, responsive approach to operations in fast-paced environments. She transitioned to executive search to focus more directly on long-term talent outcomes and now applies that perspective to strengthening the firm’s internal platform.
