Valerie Simpson

Valerie Simpson is a Research Associate for Raines International. Based in Chicago, Valerie is a self-starter and passionate about driving the success of her team. Valerie collaborates with Raines’ Industrial team to identify strong candidates for executive search assignments.

Valerie graduated from Loyola University in Chicago and spent her senior year as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at the Newberry Library as well as a Guest Services Associate at the Richard H. Driehaus Museum. These two avenues enriched her data management and writing aptitudes and granted her the opportunity to engage with people from diverse backgrounds. Valerie strives to apply her fierce work ethic and passion for connecting with individuals to make meaningful change.
