Maeve Foley

As a Senior Vice President, Maeve leads search execution for operational excellence, supply chain, general management, and strategy executive leadership. Based in Raines’ Boston office, Maeve has an extensive search portfolio recruiting post-MBA consulting talent, having supported the build-out of numerous strategy organizations for Fortune 500 clients and Private Equity-backed clients.

A core team member of the Operational Excellence Practice, Maeve serves clients in the Industrial, Consumer, and Retail industries. She works heavily in the private equity space with placements spanning portfolio companies for firms including The Blackstone Group, Centerbridge Partners, Comvest Partners, and Sun Capital Partners.

Maeve serves as Co-Chair of Raising a Reader Massachusetts, a non-profit focused on decreasing the literacy gap for children in developing Massachusetts communities. Maeve discovered her passion for creating cohesive teams that thrive in different workplace environments through her time as part of the Organizational Effectiveness Team at Humana.  Maeve graduated as Valedictorian from Skidmore College’s business school and holds dual U.S.-Irish citizenship.
