Libby Cornelssen George

Libby George is a Senior Vice President in Raines International’s Consumer Practice. She partners with private equity sponsors and leaders of public and privately held companies to recruit executives across the consumer sector, with particular expertise in commercial and go-to-market leadership.

Her work spans marketing, sales, revenue growth, digital, and customer insights, as well as president and general manager appointments. She also brings experience recruiting finance and operations leaders, supporting clients across multiple functions as their businesses grow and evolve. Libby works across food and beverage, consumer products, retail, restaurants, beauty, durables, and services. Within food and beverage, her experience extends from branded businesses and restaurants to distribution, foodservice, and cooperatives, providing perspective on leadership needs across the food ecosystem.

Prior to Raines, Libby worked in Korn Ferry’s Consumer and Board Directors practices, where she executed senior executive searches for consumer businesses and board director searches across industries. She began her executive search career in the CEO Practice at Koya Partners | DSG.

Libby earned a BA in Political Science from Tufts University and is based in Jackson, Wyoming.
