About Maeve
Maeve Foley is a Managing Director at Raines International, where she leads the firm’s Portfolio Operations Practice and CFO Practice. She additionally leads significant management team work across the CEO and Operational Excellence spaces. She advises Private Equity investors and their portfolio companies on building cohesive leadership teams and aligning complementary skillsets to drive value creation in complex, high-stakes environments. Known for her persistence, creativity, and ability to bring clarity to complex leadership challenges, she excels at assembling teams positioned for impact.

Maeve supports leadership builds at critical inflection points and in situations requiring adaptability and follow-through. She has led searches for The Blackstone Group, Centerbridge Partners, Alpine Investors, Vesterra Partners, and HGGC among others. She is recognized for her depth of candidate knowledge, repeat client relationships, and ability to serve as a trusted thought partner in shaping roles and teams.
Maeve formerly served as Co-Chair of Raising a Reader Massachusetts, a nonprofit focused on closing the literacy gap in underserved communities. Maeve graduated as Valedictorian from Skidmore College and holds dual U.S.-Irish citizenship.
