Elvia Ahmed is a Vice President in Raines’ Consumer Practice. Based in Los Angeles, she partners with both private equity-backed and Fortune 500 companies to identify and place executive leaders across marketing, operational and general management roles. From an industry standpoint, Elvia supports executive search assignments in Food & Beverage, Retail, and the broader CPG sectors. A critical thinker, Elvia is driven by finding logical, empathetic solutions to solve complex talent needs for clients.
Prior to Raines, Elvia worked with Egon Zehnder in its Consumer practice while specializing in the Marketing and Communications function. There, she specialized in Media and Entertainment, as well as the Digital Consumer vertical. Elvia started her career with Teach for America, serving as a corps member in the Greater Los Angeles region.
