Lauren Hitchman

Lauren Hitchman is a Search Coordinator at Raines International in its Consumer Practice. Based in Naples, Florida, she has been with the firm since 2021 and supports the execution of executive search engagements, working closely with Managing Director Lisa Mann. She plays a key role in managing search processes end-to-end, partnering with both clients and candidates to help deliver leadership talent across consumer sectors.

Lauren is known for her attention to detail, organization, and ability to keep complex searches on track. She coordinates candidate pipelines, manages logistics, and interfaces directly with clients to ensure a seamless and responsive search process. Her structured and resourceful approach supports consultants in delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong client and candidate experience.

Prior to joining Raines, Lauren was an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company in the Washington, D.C. office, where she supported partners in the public sector practice. She managed complex schedules, coordinated across teams, and organized both local and global events. Earlier in her career, she served as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Steptoe & Johnson LLP, developing a strong foundation in organization, discretion, and professional service.
