About Lauren
Lauren Hitchman is a Search Coordinator for Raines’ Consumer Practice and works closely with Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer Lisa Mann. She shines behind the scenes, contributing to her team’s success by paying great attention to detail and staying organized and resourceful. She is excited to leverage her experience and skills to help clients and candidates find the perfect match.
Industry & Consulting Experience
Prior to joining Raines, Lauren worked at McKinsey & Company as an Executive Assistant in the Washington, D.C. office. She worked with partners in the public sector practice, managing their busy schedules, collaborating across departments, and organizing events on a local and global level. Before McKinsey, Lauren was a Legal Administrative Assistant at the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson, LLP.
