Lisa has had an extensive career in industry leading some of the most iconic food businesses on earth.
President of the $7 Billion Global Nutrition Group at PepsiCo
From 2016-2018 successfully changed the PepsiCo corporate conversation around nutrition. On a mission to reverse trends in the legacy Quaker company and grow the company beyond “oatmeal and orange juice,” she gained approval from the CEO and Board of Directors to overhaul the base business and deliver a plant-based product portfolio to completely transform their health and wellness business. Phase one, “re-credentialing the core,” turned declining trends into profitable growth within one year.
Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at KIND Healthy Snacks
Lisa delivered a true omni-channel strategy for this emerging brand in support of the founder’s ambition to become a leading health and wellness brand. Lisa’s tenure at KIND laid the ground work for Mars Inc. ($35 billion in sales) to acquire a minority interest in this privately held company.
Senior Vice President/General Manager of $3 Billion Global Gum Category at Mondelez
Lisa was entrusted with turning around the high margin but troubled gum portfolio. She delivered global share growth in less than one year by focusing on new product innovation while driving e-commerce and retail execution.
Lisa held positions of increasing responsibility at Kraft Foods/Mondelez. As P&L holder of the iconic $2 billion Nabisco cookie business, Lisa delivered the Oreo 100th birthday celebration that drove double-digit revenue growth and record-breaking PR results from the famous Oreo “you can still dunk in the dark” Super Bowl tweet. She successfully busted the myth that the top two brands in the category – Oreo and Chips Ahoy – could not grow at the same time.
