Our [executive search] business came to a complete halt. What we did was think about how we can be more useful to our clients, and we wound up launching a new business that we call the Advisory. Before all the social justice issues were happening in the country, we launched a DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) business, as well as assessment and succession planning.
