Having spent over 25 years in the industry, Lisa knows how these companies work and is passionate about helping consumer-centric companies find the Difference Makers® needed to drive lasting change. Lisa is also Raines’ Chief Marketing Officer.

Lisa has a strong track record of driving revenue growth and shareholder value from businesses ranging from start-up to $50BN. Prior to Raines, she was the former Global President of the $7B PepsiCo Global Nutrition Category and EVP and CMO of KIND Healthy Snacks. Lisa also held several leadership roles at Kraft Foods/Mondelez International including Senior Vice President of the $3B Global Gum Category and Vice President of the iconic $2B Nabisco cookie portfolio (Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, etc.), where she busted the myth that Oreo and Chips Ahoy! could not grow revenue and market share at the same time.
Lisa is known as a gamechanger and has been recognized with the marketing industry’s highest honors including Advertising Age’s 2015 Women to Watch, the 2015 A-List Marketer awards, Adweek’s 2012 Brand Genius award, and the 2013 Cannes Grand Prix (the highest honor) for the Oreo Daily Twist digital and social campaign, among many other gold, silver and bronze awards.
